HR Career Development Campaign

 

Goal: To aid HR in the attraction of newly graduated, business focused talent.

 

Content: 2x Videos

Duration: One month

 

General Brief:

6x short videos (2m) featuring younger employees who have joined the business and progressed within their roles. Participants will provide information on their initial role, current role, opportunities for development they have had and what comes next in their career.

6x Similar structured interview articles to be created with employees from ports besides POL to showcase the wide reach of POL

1x Infographic showing the range of roles within the company

Content to be PR focused opposed to Marketing focused and avoid being a ‘sales pitch’

Participants to be Business focused opposed to Operations focused e.g. Marketing, graphic design, HR, IT, Legal, Sales.

Showcase PPG is a large, multifaceted organisation that is ‘More than a Port’ and is an attractive destination form early career employees.
