Recently, we welcomed visitors from Matalan to the Port of Liverpool for a productive day that included a port tour and an in-depth look at the Liverpool2 deep sea terminal.

Peel Ports attended the recent Xinde Marine News Forum in London. The Forum, hosted by Xinde Marine - a leading marine news provider in China, focused on the future sustainability of the marine sector.

With a discussion of 'Green Shipping', representatives from Peel Ports Groups presented on the benefits of having sea cargo arrive closer to its end destination via less congested and geographically superior ports such as the Port of Liverpool. This approach improves supply chain reliability and produces less CO2 emissions, helping business reach thier carbon reduction goals.​
