Apprenticeship Process: Stage one.

Once you've decided that an apprenticeship is for you, you'll need to apply via the Careers site. You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your application.

Apprenticeship Process: Stage two.

If your application is shortlisted, you'll be contacted by the Talent Team to have an initial discussion. This will allow us to clarify some basic information and if everything is ok, to invite you to attend one of our assessment centres.

Apprenticeship Process: Stage three.

As part of the overall assessment you will be asked to complete an online psychometric test and a link will be sent to you on email prior to the assessment centre. You will need to complete the tests for your application to be considered.

Apprenticeship Process: Stage four.

Full details will be sent to you confirming the full details of when and where the assessment centre will take place. The half-day session will consist of interviews, a practical test and a group exercise.
